Thatcher Brown, Co-Marketing Chair

Thatcher (C '29) is a first-year from just outside of Boston, MA studying Cinema & Media Studies and Neuroscience. Ever since he can remember, Thatcher has been drawn to media and entertainment, and he still looks back fondly on watching shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender and Total Drama Island with his brother. He finds great joy in analyzing movies, talking about media with his friends, and sharing his passion for entertainment with others. As Marketing Co-Chair, Thatcher helps create UME's content and promotional material so that the Penn community can be made aware of all the club's amazing events. Outside of UME, you may find Thatcher skiing, listening to music, video editing, screenwriting (trying to at least), or, of course, watching movies; his favorites include 12 Angry Men, Interstellar, and Whiplash.
